Student Internship & Graduate Trainee Programme 2011

This year HK4As will continue collaborating with the CreateHK of Commerce & Economic Development Bureau (CEDB) to create more openings for students who are seeking work experiences during this summer as well as full-time career opportunities within the creative industry upon graduation.

Details of the two programmes are as follows:

1. Graduate Trainee Programme

Position - Graduate Trainee (or equivalent title depending on which department the candidate will be posted)
Duration - One year
Salary - Recommended at HK$8,000 – 10,000 per month (may vary with agencies)
Eligibility -

1. Full time Fresh Graduates in 2011
2. Holders of Hong Kong Permanent I. D. cards
3. From the recognized local Institutes and Universities or overseas students with recommendation from their Universities.

HK4As Requirements for interest in the advertising industry:
1. Participated in 2010 HK4As Student Awards
2. Participated in HK4As Kam Fan Judges Sharing Session on 12 November 2010
HK4As Creative Sharing Showcase on 3 September 2010
HK4As Agency Showcase & Seminar on 29 September 2010
3. Overall GPA above 3.0
4. With teachers’ recommendation letter

2. Student Internship Programme

Position - Summer Intern
Duration - Any two months during the summer in May – September
Salary - Recommended at HK$4,000 per month
Eligibility -
1. Full time Final Year students in Sep 2011
2. Holders of Hong Kong Permanent I.D. cards
3. From the recognized local Institutes and Universities or overseas students with recommendation from their Universities.

1. Both Programmes will be divided into 2 streams - Creative & Management. Students need to indicate their streams on the cover sheet (Pls link to the cover sheet attached)

2. All candidates are required to fill out the cover sheet for a better assessment of their skills and background, and submit it with their CVs

3. Part time students and Postgraduates are not eligible

HK4As will collect CVs from local Institutes and Universities in Feb. CVs will be forwarded to member agencies for consideration and interviews will be arranged by member agencies directly.
